Guests are free to choose their check-in and check-out dates, with a minimum stay of 7 days. For last-minute bookings, these terms may be waived. Adjusted conditions apply for the May holiday and the autumn holiday.
Prices are up to 2 persons. For every extra person, we ask a fee of €10,- p.p. per night (max. 6 persons)

At Villa Dianthe, the price includes: electricity, water, towel change twice a week, weekly bed linen change, and final cleaning. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee.
The Greek government has once again increased the tourist tax. As a result, we are obliged to charge this additional fee. For our apartments, the rate is €2.00 per day from April 1 to November 1, and €0.50 per day from November 1 to April 1. This amount must be paid on-site upon arrival.
For people planning long-stay winter sun breaks we have also stated the prices per month. Prices for longer periods are on request only.
During a winter stay, a special monthly rate or a price specifically agreed upon applies. Different terms and conditions also apply. Please refer to the booking conditions under “Winter Stays” for more information.
